Delivery and Service
Your custom design is produced to order and sent directly to our makers upon purchase. Please bear in mind that the placement of the pattern on our garments changes subtly depending on the size, so please ensure you love the style layout before ordering. Production times average three to five days but can vary according to each specific product. Shipping time must be added on top of production times. We do not count weekends or public holidays as production days.
United Kingdom Delivery
We are pleased to offer complimentary free shipping to all of our UK customers. We use Royal Mail’s 1st Class Recorded service for most orders under 2kg. Royal Mail delivers the majority of our orders the next day, but occasionally it may take 2–5 days, and in rare cases up to 15 working days. Our standard delivery days include Saturdays, but not Sundays.

If your item is over 2kg, bulky, or large (over 60x40cm), we utilize premium tracked courier services (such as FedEx UK). They deliver the next business day as part of our standard service.
Please note: If we dispatch an item after 6 pm, parcels are typically collected by the courier the following morning. Once an item is dispatched, no delivery address changes can be made.

Most deliveries arrive with our US customers within 3 to 5 business days after production is complete. This express service can take as little as 2 days to major US cities, or up to 5 days depending on the final destination's accessibility.

While standard US customs thresholds typically allow individual direct-to-consumer retail orders to pass smoothly without unexpected charges, shipments may occasionally attract local regulatory reviews or processing. Any local customs taxes, import duties, or carrier clearance administration fees levied by United States border authorities are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are entirely outside the control of Authentizia.
