Welcome to Authentizia. Because each of our premium garments is individually custom-made, printed, and handcrafted to order just for you, we operate a final sale policy. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect size selection.

Damages, Defects and Printing Issues

To help us evaluate the issue and make it right with our production makers, please include the following in your email within 14 days of receiving your package:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the defect or issue
- High-quality digital photographs showing the damage, print error, or the garment tag/measurements if it is a sizing defect.
If the manufacturer confirms a defect or production error, we will gladly arrange for a complimentary replacement or store correction to be issued at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
Because our pieces are bespoke and manufactured dynamically on-demand, we cannot offer standard size or style exchanges. If you need a different size, the item must be re-ordered through the store. Please ensure you utilize our sizing guides to guarantee a perfect fit prior to checkout.
